AI SEARCH. CONTENT SYSTEMS. ORGANIC OUTREACH.Independent editorial. Visible evidence.

OBSERVE. TEST. TRANSFER.

Evidence first.
The relationship, visible.

Readers should be able to tell what supports a claim, what we have actually tested and whether a commercial relationship is involved.

A clear audience and a useful question

We cover AI search visibility, content systems and organic outreach for B2B marketing teams. A general AI development belongs here when it changes a decision that audience needs to make.

Every piece should answer a defined question, make its evidence available and provide a practical next step. More publishing is not a substitute for more useful information.

Know the type of evidence

  • Source analysis: an explanation of published information, with our interpretation distinguished from the source’s claims.
  • Practical framework: a proposed method or workflow. It does not imply that an experiment has been completed.
  • Vendor profile: product information attributed to the vendor, with suggested buyer questions. It is not a hands-on review.
  • Hands-on review: requires a documented task, product version or plan, inputs, settings, evaluation criteria and observed limitations.
  • Original research: requires a published method, sampling decisions, dates and uncertainty alongside the findings.

Sources and AI assistance

We prefer original documentation, primary research and evidence that a reader can inspect. We distinguish observations, vendor statements and our interpretation. Important claims need support even when they sound plausible.

AI may assist with organising research, drafting and editing. The publisher remains responsible for source checks and publication decisions. We do not invent interviews, author experience, test results or customer outcomes.

Sponsorships and paid tool features

A sponsorship buys an agreed placement. It does not buy a favourable editorial verdict, a place in an independent ranking or a promise of search performance.

Paid introductions will be marked “Sponsored” before the reader engages with the promotional content. The sponsor will be named, and its claims attributed. A newsletter sponsor will be labelled within the email as well as in any corresponding web archive.

Sponsored outbound links will use the sponsored relationship attribute. A commercial partner may check factual product details in its paid placement, but cannot rewrite unrelated editorial conclusions.

Affiliate relationships

If a recommendation includes a link that may earn us a commission, we will say so near that recommendation. Commission does not replace an evidence standard or turn a vendor description into a tested endorsement.

The initial tool profiles and sample newsletter contain no affiliate links or paid placements.

Corrections and updates

Material corrections should explain what changed and when on the affected page. Routine wording edits should not be presented as new reporting. Product information should carry a check date so readers know when it was reviewed.

To flag an error, send the page URL, the disputed statement and a supporting source through the editorial enquiry form. Please identify the message as a correction.

Research and commercial work

Custom research may be quoted after the question, evidence, deliverables and timing are understood. Funded work must identify the funding relationship and explain relevant limits on the study or its publication.

We will not imply that a research programme or client engagement has been completed before the work exists.
